What does inclusivity in sport mean to you?
Tom explores what inclusivity in sport means to him and what shapes the work of Inclusive Sport.

Inclusivity means different things to different people, but for me, it’s about creating an environment where any person – no matter their abilities, background or starting point – can get involved in sport.

It’s not just about participation; it’s about making sure the surroundings actually allow and encourage each person to flourish to the best of their ability.

That’s what real inclusivity looks like: a space where everyone feels valued, respected and supported, and where they’re given the opportunity to grow, connect and thrive – just as they are.
