INCLUSION IS AT THE HEART OF OUR ETHOS
We are led by a management team that are inclusion experts with a wealth of experience teaching in schools as well as coaching in the community.

We ensure all people are able to engage in physical activity regardless of their background, ability or needs.
→ We show compassion.
→ We strive to be inspirational.
→ We provide a sense of belongingness.
Our approach

Our approach is driven by our ADAPT model which places inclusion at the heart of physical education, sport and physical activity.
The model encourages and supports coaches to think about the following five areas when planning physical education, sport and physical activity:
- Activity
- Differentiation
- Area
- Personalities
- Tools
The model reconceptualises the traditional STEP model and uses considerations and prompt questions for those who are teaching and planning and offers justification for each aspect of the model.
