We work with children, young people, adults and people in later life. And we specialise in working with people with additional needs and disabilities.

Children.
Weekly sessions.
→ We offer a wide range of sessions for children catering for a mixture of abilities, needs and support.
Wraparound care.
→ We offer a range of sports, fun and games alongside enrichment activities and arts and crafts in schools.
School holidays.
→ We offer a range of inclusive, fun and active sports camps throughout the school holidays, including HAF programmes.
Adults.
Adults with a disability.
→ We offer a wide range of sessions for adults and young people catering for a mixture of abilities, needs and support.
→ We offer inclusive physical activity and wellbeing sessions for charities, care homes and community groups.
Schools.
→ We offer after School Physical Activity Clubs, Active Play Before School, Breaktime and Lunchtime, Physical Activity and Gross Motor Skills Interventions.

→ We offer a range of sports, fun and games alongside enrichment activities and arts and crafts in schools.
Enrichment.
→ We offer a PE based ‘enrichment’ programme for classes or a targeted smaller groups of children.
Mentoring.
→ We offer support to children that may be challenging to engage in class and struggling to make academic progress.
