Inclusivity is built in the quiet moments
Tom explores the small things and actions that create an inclusive environment and which helps a participant feel that they are welcome.

We often think inclusivity is about big actions – celebrations, policies, bold statements… however, it’s often the quiet moments that matter the most: the way you greet someone by name, how you check in after a tough session, the space you hold for someone to just be themselves.

These seemingly ‘small’ actions send a powerful message… “You belong Here”.

True inclusivity isn’t loud or performative – it’s consistent, thoughtful and rooter in everyday interactions that build trust over time.
